Time for the bad news! I really am not looking forward to quoting these stats - they are not going to make pretty reading, and more importantly it means admitting to myself that I am not the horny, attractive gift to women that I have been deluding myself about for years.
Ok - deep breaths, relax ... let's just get this over with:
Weight: 190lbs (ouch!)
Waist: 38" (omigod)
Body Fat%: 30% (not as bad as I expected)
Right, that's that over with.
Next weigh in will be after my 10 day cleanse. I am going to try and resist the urge to weigh every 5 minutes.
Oh, I almost forgot .... (yeah, sure you did!), here are some before pictures ... brace yourselves, it's not a pretty sight:
