Day 5 On The Master Cleanse

Right then, day 5 of my Master Cleanse.

It's Saturday, so no early start today - up at 7.30 - luxury. Also, I didn't have to make anyone's breakfast today. Started the day with a laxative tea - a nice change from the Psyllium Husk. Really getting fed up with the Lemonade now - I'm not sure that I will ever see Maple Syrup in the same light again.

I'm feeling pretty good though. I have much more energy than I have ever had and I can feel the weight coming off. I think the rate has slowed down but it's still coming off.

My skin is also still getting clearer day by day, maybe finally I'll get shot of the Rosascea.

I think that the UniqueHoodia has kicked in and I really do not feel as hungry as I probably should at this stage. Don't get me wrong, I am constantly hungry but it's manageable - more of an irritation than anything.

I have to say I am looking forward to the end of this Master Cleanse but at least now I'm fairly sure that I can do this. In fact I am starting to think about where I go from here. My intention has always been to find a fairly stringent but longer term diet to move onto after the Lemonade Diet. I guess I now need to start thinking about what exactly that might be.

I'll write a post tomorrow looking at some of the options. Now that I am feeling a bit fitter and slimmer I think I will also look at some exercise programs to accelerate my weight loss. That could well be another post or so.

It’s quite easy – basically what you need to do is select the option on the right of the site under RSS subscription>Posts RSS. This will open up another window with a list of feeds. If you use Google RSS feeder then just select that as an option. If you have any more problems just let me know.
