The Master Cleanse – A Bit More On The Optional Ingredients

Laxative Tea
Now this can be used in place of the Sea Salt Flush. I suggest you give the sea salt a go as it is more effective but you may find that you struggle to tolerate it.
There are many brands available; try these Laxative Teas
Psyllium Husk
Psyllium husk is another form of laxative; it's good to have a variety to choose from, especially if you find some of them harder to take. Psyllium husk is very fiber rich, the other big advantage is that it is the closest thing to real food you will be able to eat during the Master Cleanse.
It comes in powder form and capsules; check out Apple Flavored Psyllium
.
Wheat Grass
Wheat grass has a high nutritional value; it contains chlorophyll, enzymes and vitamins A, B complex, C and E, trace elements calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium, and amino acids.
Wheat grass is also a powerful antioxidant that can help boost your immune system therefore it's great for detoxing. More importantly, wheat grass contains protein. Lack of protein is one of the biggest downsides to the traditional Master Cleanse, but wheat grass will not interfere with the cleansing process.
Take a look at these Wheat Grass offers.

When doing your detox/cleansing diet a great anti-oxidant is Mangosteen and can be used with Green Papaya Powder to facilitate a cleanse (available at http://www.royaltropics.com/). And while getting cleaned out on the inside be sure to clean yourself on the outside with a Bathroom Bidet Sprayer from http://www.bathroomsprayers.com. You have never felt so refreshed and clean.
