One of the things you can get to help you is a decent appetite suppressant. I've produced this review of a couple of the top products. As the table above shows, both Appesat and UniqueHoodia are quite similar. They are both appetite suppressants (albeit with different active ingredients), both have some form of a guarantee, and both offer free shipping.
However, UniqueHoodia has the edge in my comparison.

Hoodia Gordonii
Hoodia Gordonii is a cactus plant that is native to the Kalahari region of South Africa. It is not an ingredient that is commonly found in foods that you and me purchase. Therefore unlike Appesat, UniqueHoodia offers you something that a change in diet cannot achieve.

The link to the Appesat website seems to be broken – you can visit the website here http://www.appesat.co.uk.
Also, the price per month is variable depending on how high a dose you take. It is more accurate to price Appesat by the pack, which is £29.95 and contains 50 capusles.
