If you are over 40 (and I am) then the answer is probably no. If you are anything like me you will have seen the weight pile on and your fitness and energy levels drop with each passing year. Well I don't think it has to be like that and I want it to stop!
Over the coming weeks/months I will be putting together a plan for reversing this downwards spriral. I shall reviewing some of the products that claim to be able to help us lose weight and regain our energy and fitness.
My basic plan is essentally a 3 stage approach:
1. Initial Blitz
Rapid but safe weight loss to rid myself of as many excess pounds as I can as quickly as possible. This will include some form of cleansing to help boost energy levels.
2. Sustained Weight Loss
Within this stage I intend to look at a more sustainable, longer term approach to consistent weight loss until I reach my target weight and fitness.
3. Maintenance Plan
Once I've reached my target I want to make sure that I never ever let myself get back in to this kind of a mess.
